Who we are looking for:

Our ideal candidate will have strong experience in aviation engineering training, with a passion for developing people and maintaining high compliance standards.

You will bring the following:

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent qualification in adult education)

  • Excellent communication and teaching skills
  • Ability to be inventive in designing and implementing training packages
  • Strong computing skills (Microsoft Office suite)
  • High attention to detail and ability to prioritise work commitments
  • Recent experience developing and delivering Engineering related training courses
  • Thorough understanding of CASR Parts 145 and 147
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems and Authoring Software
  • Experience with Embraer E190 and Fokker F70/100 (highly desirable)
